The members of the band are Craig, Rick, and Tony. All 3 members met while playing with the praise and worship team at Celebration Church in Orange Park, Florida. All 3 members found themselves available late in 2008 to do a little music “On The Side.” So they got together and did just that. The band is steadily adding songs to their repertoire and adding diverse styles.
The band is a trio. That means they are a band of 3. Craig and Rick play guitar and Tony plays the sax. All 3 attempt to do some singing. To fill out the sound of a full band On The Side employs pre-recorded bass and drum tracks. Sometimes they might even add a litte organ or piano. Whether playing a restaurant or even smaller venue the band is able to deliver just the right touch to fill the atmosphere with your favorite sounds.
On The Side plays all your favorites from the 50’s to the present, from Wilson Pickett to John Mayer. So if you feel like dancing, Get On Up! Like A Sex Machine….Sorry. Got a little excited. Anyway, the band is available in the Jacksonville, Flemming Island, Orange Park, The West Side….well anywhere in the Jacksonville area of Florida.
